Sooo cute and so MUDDY! You will probably have to hose them down before bathing them indoors! Can’t wait to actually see them in person. All our love, The Greats
I thought of you today Ashley–we put in our first substantial veggie garden this year. Always had a wee mini one in our backyard but added an additional larger veggie garden in our neighbours big garden plot just out of the village. I APPLAUD you for planting all your garden with wee little ones running around and/or one in the snugglie. My back was just about broken with no one extra attached to me!!! Quite excited though to see what ends up growing! A very satisfying feeling planting and giving the TLC needed to grow our own food !!! And at such little expense. My husband rigged up a big barrel that we fill with water and drive over there in the back of the garden cart—a few pipes and nozzles and voila we have our own portable watering system!! I could see how addictive it would be to live where you do and be able to produce so much more of your own nutritional needs!
I love that mud-in-mid-air picture. The look on Bob’s face is priceless….and Maggie seems to be enjoying it just as much, if not more than Bob. Please tell me your going to frame those photos
That first pic is heartwrenchingly classic. We have a pic of our oldest two, muddy head to toe, Christopher then 5,looking bemused knowing he isnt in trouble, Lauren at just under 3 looking decidely less certain about their fate since she HAD been dressed adorably, not ten minutes before. One of our all-time fav pics.
Christopher will be 19 in July, Lauren turns 17 in 4 days….
Oh-My….just too darn cute. I let Hannah play in the mud any time we have it, but just not to that extent “yet” (considering it’s too chilly out to do so unfortunately because your two kiddos look so darn happy)…how wonderful. And yes….Mud is good! Hannah especially loves a good jump in a puddle, any she can find. I love seeing her smiles and the enjoyment she gets.
