Now, if I could only get my mother to eat the beautiful, grass feed cows that my boyfriend just butchered, then maybe I could open her eyes too. I was raised in Atlantic City, where our meat came from a plastic wrapped container from the supermarket. Keep up the good honest work. As a "city girl" I truly admire the amount of time and effort (not to mention devotion) that you put into maintaining your farm and raising your family. I also get a good chuckle out of we ate so and so today and they were delicious! Sometimes I miss my slightly rural upbringing, I do miss going to my aunts farm though!
