Rain Makes Cheese

August 30th, 2009

…Available.

Farmer’s Market was a drizzly, breezy mess yesterday. So we have some soft chevre style ewe’s milk sheep cheese left over for sale! 125g packages, milk from a neighbours sheep herd, truly a delight. We have some herbed with tarragon & oregano; salt and spicy chiles; and a dessert style with fair trade chocolate.

If you are interested in purchasing, please give me (Ashley: 519-395-4469) or my partner in cheese Brandy (519-395-5966) a phone call. We would have to arrange pick up or drop off within the next day or two to ensure optimum yummyness!

wish you could deliver to new jersey, all of that sounds delish! the closest i get to good fresh cheese is from the local whole foods, or a trip to the union square farmer’s market.
