you boggle my mind! i live in freakin’ Wisconsin and wouldn’t even know where to begin learning how to make cheese let alone actually follow through with making any. i’d like a little of whatever miracle elixir you take cuz as it is right now i barely have the energy to keep up with my 3 year old let alone do one fraction of the things you do. your kids are so lucky to have you.

Wow, what a neat parade! I had the book and record of the Teddy Bear Picnic and loved it when I was a kid! The song was great! Your kids are so cute!

Hope things are going well for you. Here it’s been so cold (way out of the ordinary for the Okanagan), but my Zucchini don’t seem to mind, they’re growing like crazy!

Hannah is still recuperating from her eye surgery, but seems to be back to normal energy/attitude wise. I’m going to post some close ups and more detail on the surgery in my blog sometime this week if my internet works.

I so wish I lived near you so I could try your cheese. I don’t know if I like all the “fancy” cheese, and have not tried many types of cheeses. All your cheese look so tasty though!

E – 30 minutes might be more like an hour. And then clean up. The only reason my 30 minute mozz took all day is because I don’t have a microwave. Most of the 30 min recipes require one.

Most cheeses are that easy!

the cheese looks incredible! i have a 30min mozzarella kit looming in my fridge… but then, i also have 5 month old twins. how realistic is the 30 minute estimate, any idea? so far all i’ve made is paneer, which is so easy it’s a joke.

It’s a Kettler trike. If you can find them used, go for it because they seem to be pretty quality from our experience.

We like the handle a LOT, and have had no problems with it. Ive read that theyve broken for some folks, but our experience has been great!

Bob’s got a 2x handed down Kettler go-cart thing and it’s built like a tank! It has pedals and he lovvvves it.

Bob’s bike with the handle, what make is that? We’ve been looking for one like that and from the reviews, people complain that the handle sucks. Whats your opinion?
